Dedicated to driving sales of HP Care Pack Services, the HP PlusPack Programmes provide reactive and proactive sales support for the sales staff of selected HP channel partners.

The programmes provide:

    • Contact by phone or email to resolve any HP Care Pack Services queries or issues
  • Proactive outbound contact
    • By phone & email to ensure that sales staff are up-to-date with sales opportunities, promotions and incentives
  • Sales staff education
    • To help sales staff to maximise the sales opportunity presented by HP Care Pack Services
  • Motivational schemes & promotions
    • Communication and management of sales promotions and incentives
  • Timely and effective communication with individual sales staff
